AIM is hiring a Senior Robotic Simulation Engineer to design and build high-performance simulation software for autonomous heavy machinery operating in dynamic, modifiable terrain. The role covers vehicle dynamics, physics-based simulation, hardware-in-the-loop testing, sensor simulation, hosted simulation infrastructure, and collaboration with AI, firmware, hardware, software, and systems teams. Candidates need strong C++ skills, experience with Python or Node, major simulation platforms, physics engines, communication protocols, version control, and a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.
