Thumbtack is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure platform services across Linux systems and applications. The role includes architectural direction, deployment and infrastructure management, production debugging, capacity planning, distributed-systems troubleshooting, and rotating on-call duties. Candidates need extensive AWS and Linux fluency, production code debugging, distributed-systems expertise, and at least five years of infrastructure and systems management experience.
