Codurance is seeking a passionate Senior Software Engineer/Software Developer, known as Software Craftspeople, to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in a programming language like Java, C#, Python, Ruby, Clojure, Scala, Kotlin, JavaScript, or PHP, along with familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming, cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and multi-layer application design. They must be quality-oriented, adhering to best practices, testing methods like TDD, pair programming, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and SOLID principles. Candidates should also possess experience in mentoring or leading teams. The role involves working on various client projects, potentially in a greenfield setting for startups or building critical systems for enterprises, or assisting organizations in adopting craftsmanship values through coaching and mentorship.
