Microsoft is hiring multiple Senior Software Engineers and Software Engineer II candidates for its Commercial Engineering & AI (CEAI) AI Engineering Excellence team. The role focuses on designing and implementing AI-native, agent-driven software development lifecycle workflows and platform capabilities, from experimentation through production. Responsibilities include building production systems, evaluating AI tools and models, improving developer productivity and reliability, and mentoring engineers.
