Omada Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Solutions Engineering Team to design and deliver complex cross-system integrations, identify recurring technical toil, root-cause architectural issues, automate workflows, mentor engineers, and make delivery trade-off decisions with commercial, product, and engineering stakeholders. The role requires 5–8 years of production software development, strong Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL experience, API and integration expertise, AI-assisted development fluency, automation experience, debugging and optimization skills, and experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or customer-facing technical work. The position offers remote-first work, health, dental, and vision insurance, equity, and a base salary of $156,000–$224,250 depending on geographic zone.
