Sportradar is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Sports Media team in Montevideo, Uruguay. The role involves designing, building, testing, and deploying cloud-native solutions for enterprise customers, supporting billions of calls per month and hundreds of millions of TV viewers. Responsibilities include collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, and DevOps; designing scalable services; optimizing applications for speed, scale, security, and maintainability; reviewing pull and merge requests; and mentoring less experienced engineers. The position requires at least six years of professional software development experience, knowledge of data-driven architecture, RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL and NoSQL systems, SaaS, CI/CD, and Agile practices, with cloud-native architecture experience preferred. The role is fully on-site, with team members working in the office five days per week.
