Palantir is hiring a Senior Software Engineer on Substrate to design and build managed Kubernetes product offerings across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments. The role focuses on bootstrapping and operating hundreds of Kubernetes clusters with zero manual operations, building automation and self-healing tooling, contributing to CNCF components, and ensuring scale, stability, security, and observability. Candidates need systems programming experience, strong Go, C/C++, or equivalent skills, infrastructure automation knowledge, container and Kubernetes expertise, and at least four years of professional core infrastructure software development experience.
