Description
Microsoft is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Substrate Directory Platform team to design, build, and operate distributed services, data models, and APIs supporting tenant-wide administrative operations in Microsoft 365. The role owns critical system components, leads design and execution, improves reliability and observability, and may apply AI techniques to diagnostics, incident analysis, and developer workflows. Hybrid work is supported per team and site guidelines, and the position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field plus at least four years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
