Vista is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead to lead a squad of software engineers, guide their collaboration and communication, and maintain code quality, design, architecture, and technology-roadmap standards. The role involves developing and implementing solutions, mentoring engineers, supporting technical interviews and onboarding, coordinating with stakeholders, reporting progress, and helping refine strategic objectives. The position requires senior backend software engineering experience, people-management and leadership experience, and proficiency with Golang, Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Kubernetes.
