Bellwood is hiring a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead to lead a team building enterprise software systems, serve as the primary technical contact with business stakeholders, and provide technical and relational leadership. The role requires 6+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5+ years in software management, engineering, or design, with strong Java/Spring Boot, React, AWS, cloud architecture, distributed systems, security, and client-facing consulting experience. Responsibilities include designing and scaling products, managing Agile projects, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting application teams.
