MFS is hiring a senior software development and technical leadership professional to lead Agile projects supporting investment operations systems, especially the Eagle Accounting, Performance, and Reference Data modules. The role covers solution architecture, requirements analysis, coding, testing, standards enforcement, process modernization, AI and Copilot adoption, and mentorship across globally distributed teams. It requires substantial financial-services investment operations experience, Eagle technical expertise, database skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI and Power Platform technologies. The position is hybrid in the United States, pays a base salary of $98,500 to $141,500 annually, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
