Robinhood is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Tokenization team to design, build, and operate backend systems that mint, custody, and settle tokenized equities on-chain while keeping them synchronized with traditional brokerage and ledger systems. The role owns complex end-to-end projects, integrates smart contracts, chain indexers, and decentralized-exchange trade flows, partners with product, compliance, legal, and platform teams, and mentors engineers. Candidates need at least five years of professional software engineering experience, expertise in backend development with Go, Python, or Java, familiarity with cloud-native architecture, and working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals. The role is based in Menlo Park, Toronto, or New York City, with at least three days per week in person, and offers a base pay range of $196,000 to $230,000 USD for the listed compensation zone.
