Vultr is hiring a Senior Software Engineer — Tooling & Automation in Chennai, India, to own the development of automation, integrations, and unified monitoring capabilities for its Global Integrated Operations Command Center. The role connects monitoring, SIEM, infrastructure, and provider platforms; automates alert routing, ticketing, paging, escalation, and SLA tracking; and builds a consolidated dashboard. Candidates should have 5–8 years of platform engineering or similar experience, expertise with NMS, Grafana, and SIEM environments, Python and RESTful API integration experience, dashboard and ITSM workflow knowledge, and familiarity with global NOC/SOC operations.
