DISCO is hiring a Backend Software Engineer for its UK hub to own complex backend work end to end, including problem decomposition, architectural design, trade-off decisions, production code, system health, and collaboration with engineers in India and the United States. The role uses an AI-first development approach and requires strong backend development experience, microservices and distributed systems expertise, cloud and containerized software experience, cloud data storage knowledge, and experience with strongly-typed Java-family languages.
