Description
Citi is hiring a Senior Software Engineer – Ultra Low Latency Risk Engine Lead Developer to design, develop, and lead the delivery of a next-generation low-latency risk engine for cash equities electronic execution. The role owns pre-trade and real-time risk controls, high-performance multi-threaded components, messaging and IPC architectures, JVM and native performance tuning, testing, production support, and architectural leadership across global development centers. It requires extensive experience with latency-critical trading systems, low-latency Java or C++/Rust, distributed risk systems, NUMA and kernel tuning, and engineering leadership, and offers a hybrid model with up to two days working from home per week.
