Description
Astranis is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Vehicle Test to design software architecture for integrated-vehicle hardware testing, build reusable test infrastructure, integrate ground and flight software, validate critical flight components, support development through flight, and help guide large test campaigns. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, Python or another high-level object-oriented scripting language, software systems and test architecture experience, Linux and shell command-line experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers a base salary of $150,000–$215,000 USD, equity, healthcare, retirement benefits, and other perks, and requires U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or protected refugee/asylee status.
