ServiceNow is hiring a Sr Software Engineering Manager to lead Cyber Defense Engineering and build its Applied AI Engineering function. The role owns AI-powered security architecture, telemetry and intelligence integration, security automation, practitioner enablement, engineering team growth, shipping cadence, and cross-functional roadmaps. Candidates need 10–15 years of software systems experience, at least two years managing engineers, strong technical and architectural ability, and experience building or scaling engineering teams. The position offers a base pay range of $190,900–$334,100 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
