Description
The Senior Software Engineering Manager will lead software systems development and quality assurance for ONTAP solutions within NetApp’s Core Software Engineering group. The role manages cross-functional projects, coordinates diverse engineering and support teams, drives organizational and cultural change, develops leaders, and aligns teams with strategic objectives. It requires substantial software, cloud, or storage experience, at least six years of management experience, and proven leadership across the software development life cycle, including development, QA, and automation.
