Description
Muon is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead its Software Test infrastructure team. The role manages software engineers, develops testing tools and reporting capabilities, guides testing projects, establishes quality and performance metrics, and manages team capacity, staffing, hiring, coaching, and performance development. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the San Jose, California office, and requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of software engineering experience, and at least three years managing software engineering teams building production systems. The salary range is $240,000 to $265,000 plus equity and benefits.
