Forterra is hiring a Senior Software Integration Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain software for robotics and autonomous systems. The role owns the core software release cycle, vehicle performance across sensing, compute, and controls, integration and validation on real hardware, test-to-deploy troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering teams. Candidates need 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, a B.S. or M.S. in a relevant field, hardware integration experience, and strong C++ and/or Python skills. The position is hybrid in Clarksburg, Maryland, with a base salary of $145,000 to $165,000 and potential U.S. security clearance eligibility.
