INFICON is hiring a Senior Software Product Manager to lead growth and product strategy for its semiconductor software portfolio, with a primary focus on Fault Detection and Classification. The role owns product vision, roadmap, KPIs, customer discovery, AI/ML product development, sensor and hardware integration, Agile delivery, and go-to-market execution, while partnering with engineering, UX, QA, DevOps, sales, application engineering, marketing, and support. Candidates need at least seven years of B2B software product management experience, including three years at a senior level, along with AI-first product thinking and experience working with hardware or sensor teams. The expected salary is $120,000 to $160,000 annually, with profit-sharing, 401K matching, and other benefits.
