NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Software Program Manager for its Automotive Software team to lead DRIVE OS software development programs. The role manages releases, features, testing, documentation, risks, stakeholder communication, deployment, and compliance with automotive software standards such as ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and ASPICE. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience leading system software engineering projects, a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, and strong embedded operating-system, configuration and change management, communication, and project-execution experience. The base salary is 168,000–258,750 USD for Level 4 and 200,000–322,000 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until August 24, 2026.
