Performance Drone Works is hiring a Senior Software QA Engineer to drive validation and quality for UAV systems and supporting tool development. The role covers QA process design, bench, simulation, and flight testing, automated and manual testing, defect analysis, release readiness, and mentorship. Candidates need at least five years of software, systems, or embedded/robotic validation experience, Python and modern test-automation expertise, Linux and CI/CD experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
