Lockheed Martin is hiring a Senior Software Quality Engineer for its IRST program in Orlando, Florida. The role leads software quality excellence by developing quality processes, audit strategies, test methods, and software quality systems; evaluating deficiencies; and supporting AS9100, customer, and program requirements. Candidates need a STEM bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, software quality or engineering experience, causal analysis ability, and familiarity with quality systems such as CMMI and AS9100. The position requires U.S. citizenship, Secret clearance eligibility, and an interim Secret clearance to start, with a full-time salary range of $85,300 to $158,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
