Description
Protolabs is hiring a Senior Software Quality Engineer for a fixed hybrid role on-site Tuesday through Thursday at its Maple Plain, Minnesota headquarters. The role owns pricing-domain test strategy and automation across APIs, events, integrations, end-to-end flows, performance, reliability, and ML quality gating; extends CI/CD testing in GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps; validates pricing and ML outputs; investigates defects; supports releases and on-call incident response; and mentors QA and SDET engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 7+ years of software quality assurance, test automation, or SDET experience, strong Python test-automation skills, and experience with APIs, databases, cloud environments, containers, and CI pipelines.
