Goods & Services is hiring a Senior Release Manager to serve as the operational bridge between Release Train Engineers, Enterprise Program Managers, Systems Engineering, DevOps, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams. The role owns mobile software release planning, documentation readiness, deployment execution, staged rollouts, rollback and monitoring plans, hypercare, readiness reviews, and continuous improvement of release processes. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or information systems field, at least five years of experience in software release management, program management, systems engineering, PMO, or technical operations, and experience with mobile applications, cloud-connected systems, regulated industries, and Agile/SAFe environments.
