Description
Calix is hiring a Software Test Engineer in Bangalore, India, to establish QA strategy and automation practices across software, web, and mobile product lines. The role involves designing and executing functional, integration, regression, stress, API, and data-pipeline tests; developing test frameworks; collaborating with product owners and developers; and documenting QA, CI/CD, and process-improvement procedures. The position requires a CS, EE, or related degree, at least seven years of test-engineering experience, strong Java, Python, or Groovy programming skills, and experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, cloud ecosystems, and CI/CD. The work model is flexible hybrid, with work from the Bangalore office for 20 days per quarter.
