Boston Scientific is hiring a Sr Software Test Engineer for its Coronary Therapies R&D team in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The role leads a team of six, oversees test strategy and execution, coordinates cross-functional testing activities, mentors engineers, develops test metrics and quality reports, leads root-cause analysis, and ensures traceability to requirements and regulatory compliance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, at least five years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or three years with a master’s degree, and at least three years of hands-on test automation experience, including expert-level Python proficiency.
