Description
Ericsson is hiring a Baseband Software Tester in Kraków, Poland, to develop and maintain automated test solutions for 5G Baseband and Cloud RAN software. The role covers feature verification, regression testing, continuous integration, simulated and end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, test-environment management, and collaboration with developers and system engineers. It requires a technical BSc or equivalent experience, knowledge of NR and RAN systems, software-testing and scripting experience, CI/CD and version-control familiarity, and understanding of 3GPP specifications and Linux environments. The position follows a hybrid model with three office days and two home days per week.
