Description

Blue Origin is hiring a senior software verification and validation engineer to lead the architecture, development, integration, qualification, and verification of safety-critical software for the New Glenn heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle. The role owns software development and verification planning, integrated hardware/software V&V, system-level testing, risk reduction, model-based design and formal verification processes, root-cause resolution, readiness metrics, and technical mentoring. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science discipline, at least seven years of safety-critical software V&V experience, aerospace full-lifecycle experience, MATLAB/Simulink and autocoding expertise, embedded software testing experience, strong communication skills, and eligibility under U.S. export-control rules.
