Nexamp is hiring a Senior Solar Project Engineer to lead engineering execution for complex photovoltaic and battery energy storage systems across the full project lifecycle. The role owns technical decisions, coordinates internal and external teams, reviews engineering deliverables, supports performance modeling and value engineering, mentors team members, manages vendor relationships, and performs construction site visits. It is a hybrid position available at Boston, Chicago, New York, and Washington DC offices, with a base salary of $100,000–$140,000 and health, dental, and vision insurance starting day one.
