Description
The Solution Analyst will lead front-end analysis for complex financial-services work involving business requirements, data quality, source-to-target mapping, reporting, and modern data platforms. The role translates business intent into solution intent, profiles and queries data, documents data flows and business rules, identifies delivery risks, supports analytics and reporting, and prepares stakeholders for adoption. It requires 8+ years of relevant experience, SQL, Excel, and strong analytical judgment, with modern data platforms, Power BI, Workday, fund administration, and agile experience preferred.
