KBR is hiring a Senior Solution Architect to translate customer and government requirements into technical solutions, proposal artifacts, system designs, roadmaps, and implementation plans for defense and intelligence opportunities. The role supports business development, capture, proposal writing, market research, RFI responses, and basis-of-estimate activities, with a focus on cybersecurity, systems-of-systems, software, Agile, digital engineering, model-based systems engineering, DevSecOps, and cloud architectures. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of prior experience, strong leadership and solutioning capabilities, and an active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week, offers minimal travel, and provides compensation ranging from $189,000 to $311,000 depending on the work location.
