The company is undergoing a significant digital transformation project aimed at improving the guest experience by creating a cohesive, personalized journey across web and mobile platforms. They're seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the entire solution design process, connecting the "Connected Guest Journey" business strategy with the technical implementation using Microsoft Azure and various third-party services like MuleSoft, Salesforce CRM, and Contentful CMS. The architect will guide the design from initial stages through Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and Operational Design Concepts (ODCs), prioritizing security, scalability, CIAM, and observability right from the start.
