Description
Coveo is hiring a Solution Architect for its Professional Services team to advise customers on business and technology needs and design, implement, and deliver intelligent search, recommendations, and generative AI experiences using Coveo’s relevance platform. The role covers solution architecture, customer collaboration, governance, requirements management, Agile delivery, and feedback to product and customer success teams. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture, or similar client-facing technical roles, along with software or cloud implementation experience, Agile expertise, and strong communication skills; cloud, AI, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, commerce platforms, Python scripting, and Salesforce or commerce certifications are advantageous.
