Description
Philips is seeking a senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, governance, custom application development, integrations, CMDB/CSDM maturity, and transformation delivery. The role translates business requirements into scalable, secure, performant, upgrade-safe platform solutions; leads workshops and stakeholder advisory; guides development teams; oversees ServiceNow modules, automation, data migration, integrations, testing, documentation, and project delivery; and mentors developers and administrators. The position is office-based with at least three days per week in person, according to the posting's work model.
