Avenga is hiring a Senior Workforce Management Product Lead in the United States to lead the strategy, design, implementation, and global rollout of Workforce Management solutions. The role covers Workforce Software configuration, Time & Attendance and pay-rule management, integrations with Workday, ADP, UKG/Kronos, and regional payroll systems, compliance with international labor and union requirements, vendor and cross-functional team management, and strategic deployment roadmaps. Candidates need at least five years of Workforce Management experience, extensive global rollout experience, and strong integration and stakeholder-management capabilities.
