Blitzy is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant to engage, educate, and close prospective enterprise customers interested in modernizing software development with AI. The role involves advising engineering leaders and technical teams, running proofs-of-concept, leading discussions on software architecture and developer workflows, delivering technical demos, building trusted advisor relationships, driving post-sale adoption and expansion, translating customer feedback into product insights, and optimizing the sales pipeline. Candidates need at least seven years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership, along with enterprise software, cloud, API, DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and AI/ML experience. Compensation is $160,000-$215,000 plus uncapped commission and equity.
