Netsmart is hiring a Senior Solution Delivery Consultant in Managed Services to support established healthcare clients after implementation. The role focuses on system configuration, testing, business requirements, design sessions, training and mentoring, issue and risk reporting, client relationship management, process improvement, and documentation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of healthcare IT implementation experience, and at least one year each of process improvement and project execution experience. Preferred qualifications include Netsmart EHR and myAvatar experience, healthcare billing, reporting, claims, and reimbursement knowledge. The position may require up to 20% travel and extended or irregular hours.
