Description
The Solution Engineer supports Contentful’s EMEA sales team by conducting infrastructural and architectural discovery, designing collaborative solutions, validating requirements, mitigating technical and business risks, creating product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations. The role collaborates with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, product management, marketing, and sales, and may travel up to 50% while working with teams worldwide. Candidates need English fluency, 3–5 years of relevant sales, solution engineering, or architect experience, strong presentation skills, and experience with current web technologies.
