Microsoft is hiring a Senior Security Solution Engineer to advise customers on secure, scalable security architectures and solution design, drive technical pre-sales through demos and proof of concepts, lead hands-on developer and architecture engagements, resolve technical blockers, and accelerate AI applications and agents in customer workflows. The role requires a relevant master's degree with 3+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, or a bachelor's degree with 4+ years, or equivalent experience; visa sponsorship is not available. Compensation ranges from USD 106,400 to USD 203,600 annually across the United States, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan areas.
