Amtech is hiring a Senior Solutions Analyst for its Professional Services team to represent Customer Operations in sales opportunities, scope and estimate customer engagements, and prepare Statements of Work and proposals. The role involves gathering and interpreting complex customer requirements, documenting technical risks and change requests, coordinating custom development requests, leading internal reviews, maintaining records and reports, and improving AI-assisted workflows through GPT system prompts. Candidates should have strong communication, organization, time-management, spreadsheet, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and prompt-engineering skills, with experience in the paper packing industry and Amtech software modules preferred.
