Description
Airbyte is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to serve as a post-sales technical partner for enterprise customers, guiding onboarding, implementation, adoption, troubleshooting, and expansion. The role is hands-on and requires working directly in customer Kubernetes environments, troubleshooting production workloads, databases, APIs, data movement, and integration issues, while collaborating with customer engineering, support, product, engineering, and sales teams. The position is remote from the New York City/East Coast timezone and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage.
