The position guides customers through designing reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB, advises on architecture and optimization, partners with sales on account planning and technical discovery, and supports customer success. Candidates should have substantial customer-facing and pre-sales experience, modern scripting or programming experience, cloud and distributed-systems expertise, strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The role may require travel up to 25% and includes learning MongoDB’s product suite, cloud and AI architectures, and sales techniques.
