The role requires deep expertise in GPU architecture, CUDA, distributed systems, AI training and inference, and hyperscale cloud infrastructure, along with strong programming, communication, and project delivery capabilities.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of hands-on experience in GPU architecture, AI system optimization, large-scale data center infrastructure, or hyperscale cloud computing
Hands-on experience working with major Chinese cloud service providers or global hyperscalers
Hands-on engineering capability and independent end-to-end technical project delivery
Preferred Qualifications: Equivalent industry experience
Familiarity with NVIDIA full-stack products
Deep familiarity with NVIDIA full-stack products and cluster networking diagnostics
Experience with Linux kernel, drivers, or virtualization technologies
Track record of resolving field escalations and RMA/quality issues
Experience with Vera/Grace CPU-GPU co-optimization and AI agent or RL training tuning
Open-source contribution experience in AI infrastructure, GPU optimization libraries, or distributed computing frameworks
Experience with Agentic AI, RL post-training, or long-context LLM workload optimization
