Description
Redis is hiring a Solutions Architect to educate and collaborate with customers on Redis-powered solutions, including AI-focused use cases such as vector search, retrieval-augmented generation, and semantic caching. The role involves understanding customer needs, leading POCs and pilots, working with technical and executive stakeholders, collaborating with sales, presenting Redis capabilities, and sharing customer insights with product and R&D. Candidates need at least three years of pre-sales engineering experience, server-side software development and Linux experience, familiarity with scalable distributed systems, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel regularly. Compensation is EUR 105,000 to EUR 131,000, with possible commission and benefits.
