Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in AI governance, model risk, or technical consulting supporting modeling platforms, with direct exposure to model development, validation, and lifecycle controls.
Proven ability to translate regulatory and risk requirements into scalable technical solutions, partnering closely with product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to influence roadmap and architecture decisions.
Experience driving the technical sales process, including leading discovery, solution design, proof of concepts, and RFP or RFI responses. Comfortable serving as the technical lead in enterprise sales cycles and supporting account executives through close.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including risk leaders, model owners, and executives, with the ability to clearly explain complex AI governance concepts in practical terms.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements or internal initiatives in a fast moving environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution.
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with model and AI governance tools and platforms.
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
Hands on experience designing or implementing AI or model governance frameworks, including inventory, documentation, validation workflows, monitoring, and audit readiness.
A track record of influencing product roadmaps and driving client satisfaction through innovative solutions.
Strong working knowledge of regulatory and supervisory expectations such as SR 11-7, SS 1/23, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations.
