New Relic is hiring its first technical expert in Thailand to lead the company’s observability presence in the region. The remote-first Senior Observability Presales Engineer will work with Account Executives to lead technical presales engagements from qualification through close, deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-value workshops, build customer relationships, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams. The role requires Thai and English fluency, AWS and Azure knowledge, presales or consulting experience, enterprise technology expertise, cloud and DevOps knowledge, performance monitoring experience, and strong stakeholder management skills.
