Simpplr is hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to own the technical win in complex enterprise deals for its AI Work Platform, AI Intranet, AI Search, and AI Agents. The role involves technical discovery, solution architecture, live demos, proof-of-concept builds, agentic workflow and integration prototyping, RFP/RFI responses, competitive positioning, and external technical advocacy. Candidates need 7+ years of enterprise SaaS solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales experience, hands-on LLM API and MCP/RAG/integration expertise, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for executive audiences. The role offers a flexible Hub-Hybrid-Remote model, a starting base pay of $150,000–$185,000 USD, and health, vision, and dental benefits.
