BetterUp is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be the technical architect behind customer solutions. This role involves leading technical discovery sessions, building demo environments, delivering tailored demos, serving as a technical point-of-contact, designing scalable solutions, and translating integration needs into specifications. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in enterprise SaaS, with experience in HRIS, LMS, SSO, or API-based integrations.
